How many rooms are in Trosvik house?

The house includes seven bedrooms, three bathrooms and one living room/welcome area. In addition, a large open-plan kitchen dining space and a laundry room.

Will bed linen and towels be provided?

Yes, we provide clean linen and towels.

Are children allowed to stay?

Of course, Trosvik house is built for families to make life-long memories! A high chair is accessible for the very young ones! We also allow groups of friends and parties of varying sizes up to 12 guests.

What appliances are fitted in the house?

The property includes a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer,
microwave, coffee machine, toastie maker, a large fridge with a freezer in
the kitchen, and a smaller fridge freezer in the utility. In addition, we also offer 3 drying
racks and a stair gate stored in the utility.

Is there guest parking?

There is one large car parking space at the back of the house. In addition, there are two local car parks are within a quarter of a mile of the property.

Do you offer reduced occupancy rates for smaller parties?

Yes we do offer cheaper rates for smaller parties, please get in touch with
our agents to book today.

How long can we stay for?

The minimum stay is 3 days, there is no maximum length you can stay as long as your date selection is not clashing with an existing booking. For instance, you could book a week in April as long as the space is free with our booking agent.

Are pets allowed to stay?

Yes, we allow pets, however there is a small extra charge per pet. Similarly, we ask that all pets stay downstairs only.

Is there WIFI?

Yes there is WIFI covering each floor. The WIFI is also connected to the entertainment system in the living room.

Does the log burner work?

So, you want to make it even cosier inside? The log burner is operational for you to use.

The views are breathtaking and just minutes walk to the beach. The check in/checkout process is so quick and simple, which really added to the overall experience.
We are already planning our next visit to Trosvik House with family and friends. If you are considering staying here, don’t give it a second thought, get it booked, I can’t recommend this property enough!
